金价高位回落，美联储可能再度出手

12月4日，现货黄金刷新高位，虽然传出贸易局势向好消息，金价回吐涨幅，但市场认为贸易局势的不确定性仍很高，同时美国经济面临减速现象，美元指数再次承压，美联储可能再度出手执行降息。
不过贸易摩擦不确定性犹存，企业信心没有明显改善。金价盘中录得11月7日以来高位至1484.09美元/盎司，美元指数刷新11月5日以来低位至97.621。
欧盟执委会表示，欧盟各国将团结一心，共同应对美国针对法国商品加征关税的计划，并认为求助于世界贸易组织(WTO)是解决此类争端的最佳途径。
美国政府表示，可能对进口自法国的价值24亿美元的香槟、手袋和奶酪等商品征收最高达100%的惩罚性关税，此前美国认定法国的新数字(数位)服务税伤害了美国的科技企业。
欧盟执委会一位发言人表示:“欧盟将团结一致，共同采取行动、做出反应。”该发言人补充称，负责协调欧盟28个成员国贸易政策的执委会认为，这类争端最好寻求通过WTO解决。
即使中国与美国能达成首阶段贸易协议，但全球贸易不确定性仍可能持续。在这种环境下，除非正面消息能最终落到实处，否则就无法真正消除投资者对经济前景的担忧，金价仍有机会维持近期的上行格局。
虽然宽松的金融状况将为美国消费者提供支持，但因货币政策的滞后，料最大的提振作用要在明年下半年始出现，预期美国明年GDP增长由今年的2.3%放缓至1.5%。
全美零售商联合会(NRF)周二表示，假日周末在网络和实体店购物的美国消费者数量创纪录新高，人均支出也有增加，购物范围则从服装到玩具无所不包。
环球投资管理机构——富兰克林邓普顿周三称，明年美国经济增速稍低于今年，依然稳健，预期美联储明年将有一次降息，但不会在年初，而是年中至年底左右。
分析师说，当前的经济扩张周期将较许多投资者所预期的更长，也造就出史上最长升市周期，尽管贸易前景及总统大选并不明朗，但预计消费者实力和企业盈利将继续推动美国经济增长。
