唐宁街10号(英国首相府)暗示，若英国未在10月31日脱欧，英国财政大臣贾维德的预算案将不会被推进。预算中预测的基准是英国有协议脱欧，而非延期。
数据显示，周二英镑未平仓合约继续减少，目前减少0.38万手，相反交易量连续第二日小幅增加，目前增加近4万手。
分析师指出，交易员们犹豫不定，等待未来几天英国脱欧的进一步进展。考虑到目前的情况，英国脱欧下一个关键点是欧盟是否延长脱欧请求。
分析师称，英国无协议脱欧的风险暂时消退，但政治不确定性犹存，预计英镑将暂时在狭幅区间内整理。
