非农好坏参半，9月降息落实

美国7月季调后制造业就业人口变动修正为0.4万，初值1.6万；7月私营企业非农就业人数变动修正为13.1万，初值14.8万。
美国劳工部称，过去三个月，平均新增非农就业人数为15.6万。交易者评论称，非农就业人口不及预期，这是很好的降息理由。
具体来看，市场预计美联储在9月会议上降息25基点概率为90.4%，直接降息50基点概率为9.6%。
