金价触及千五关口，基本面施压金价

9月9日，现货黄金维持震荡下行趋势，市场风险情绪有所好转，市场对英国硬脱欧的担忧有所缓和，这些因素对金价构成了施压。金价出现了回落调整的情况，但全球央行宽松预期依旧存在，市场等待更多的消息。
欧洲方面，周一公布的数据显示，德国7月出口增加，使得这个欧洲最大经济体的增长引擎第三季有个意外强劲的开局，表明德国经济或许能够经受住贸易争端和英国退欧不确定性所带来的部分冲击。
美国方面，上周五，美联储主席鲍威尔在9月会议噤声期前的的最后一次讲话中有意淡化美国经济衰退风险发生的可能性。鲍威尔不承认衰退即将到来，仍然以美国经济良好来给市场信心。
良好的英国数据改善市场的担忧情绪。周一(9月9日)欧洲时段盘中，市场关注的英国7月份GDP月率的数据超出预期，且创出今年1月以来最大增幅。具体数据显示，英国7月GDP月率实际公布0.3%，预期0.1%，前值0%。
同时，英国下议院和上议院分别投票通过了延迟“脱欧”的立法，即如果国会议员没能在10月19日之前通过一项新的脱欧协议，或投票赞成“无协议脱欧”，法案将迫使首相把英国“脱欧”的时间延迟到2020年1月31日。
欧洲央行的货币政策正在履行其职责，但它无法做到一切，而且肯定无法创造奇迹。鉴于经济放缓的原因，若是期待货币政策将包揽所有事情，那是不对的。
世界黄金协会8日最新数据显示，截至8月末，中国黄金储备为6245万盎司，较7月的6226万盎司增加了19万盎司，这是中国央行连续第9个月增持黄金。根据世界黄金协会的统计，从今年年初至今全球各国央行的净购金量已超过400吨，这是自2010年央行购金出现净购买以来的最高年度累计水平。
据9月6日世界黄金协会发布的最新报告，世界各国央行都在增持黄金。截至今年7月末，全球央行官方黄金储备共计34407.58吨。其中，欧元区(包括欧洲央行)共计10775.7吨，占其外汇总储备55.7%；央行售金协议签约国共计11941.7吨，占其外汇总储备的30.7%。俄罗斯、中国和哈萨克斯坦在官储的涨幅上依然处于领先地位。
