中美贸易战暂告段落，原油市场受大冲击

12月13日，国际原油价格上涨，因受到美国原油库存下滑以及中美落实贸易休战措施的影响。而石油输出国组织上周宣布抑制供给，也支撑了油价。但是OPEC降低2019需求预测，油价上涨受限。
中美贸易紧张关系舒缓的迹象推高了股市，油价亦攀升。在周三(12月12日)的中国外交部例行新闻发布会上，有记者提问，要求中方证实是否已回复购买美国大豆。
外交部发言人陆慷回应称：“据我所知，现在双方工作团队确实正在加紧磋商。我们希望，双方能够相向而行，为达成一个好的结果营造必要的气氛和条件。具体情况，我建议你还是向中国商务部了解。”
美国能源资料协会(EIA)周三表示，12月7日止当周美国原油库存减少120.8万桶，分析师此前预估为减少316.8万桶。
分析师表示，美国原油库存下滑，提升了市场对OPEC减产计划在2019年平衡油市所能起到作用的预期。
干脆点强调：“美国原油增产，全球经济增速下滑，油市将在2019年下半年回归供求平衡。”他预计，布伦特原油价格在2019年一季度将达到75美元/桶。
石油输出国组织(OPEC)周三表示，2019年对其原油的需求将较上月预期减少10万桶/日，至3144万桶/日，较当前产量低153万桶/日。
这加剧了一些市场观察人士的担忧。这些人士原本就担心，OPEC牵头减产120万桶/日的决定或许不足以消化过剩原油或者推高油价。
分析师也表示，市场参与者担心，宏观经济增速预期转弱，可能牵制原油需求的扩张。
分析师表示：“若我们能确认经济增长风险下降，原油需求扩张那是必然的。但当前不确定变量太多，很难做出令人信服的预测。”
