脱欧剧情出现新变化，内忧外患皆来袭

因英国脱欧协商局势再次出现变化，英国前脱欧大臣和英国脱欧欧高级部长相继辞职，同时英国首相的地位可能再度受到挑战。在欧元区原本已经困难重重的情况下，欧元想要多头，看来是不行了。
不过随后英国首相特雷莎·梅称，相信北爱尔兰边界问题能通过未来伙伴关系得到解决，我不希望延长过渡期也不认为需要延长，我们没有留欧的计划，继续为无协议脱欧做准备。
欧盟官员表示，欧盟和英国的谈判代表将力争在11月25日欧盟峰会前就英国脱欧协议允许的最大过渡期达成一致。这一相对明确的表态缓和了市场紧张情绪，带动欧元反弹至1.13上方。
此外欧元区内部的局势也令欧元多头头疼，西太平洋银行分析师主管Richard Franulovich警告，11月份欧元区政治逆风上升且欧元区经济不确定性增加，欧洲经济扩张出现放缓迹象，但需要看这种放缓是暂时性的还是持久的。
12月欧洲央行例会将至为关键，政治不确定性将上升，意大利2019年预算案面临考验，德国面临的领导人更替，预计未来几周欧元兑美元将跌至18个月新低1.1050，2019年将进一步跌至1.0900。
欧元兑美元近期维持看空态势，只有重回1.1390上方才能将走势转为中性，日线图显示欧元兑美元已经回撤至1.1310附近，这为空头重新做空创造了条件。
