中美重启协商，黄金反转仍有困难

中国商务部副部长王受文将应邀率领团队前往美国举行中美经贸问题副部级协商，这一消息提振风险偏好，欧元多头重返市场，不过在美土危机和意大利政局难题的情况下，欧元兑美元以及黄金市场仍有一定困难。
在周三(8月15日)向下测试1.1300附近点位后，在冒险情绪升温的提振下，日内欧元兑美元一度反弹近百点，亚洲时段最高触及1.1398，逼近1.14关口。
美元指数自97.00附近的年内新高回落，此前报道称中国商务部副部长王受文将应邀率团赴美举行中美经贸问题副部级磋商，这一消提振风险偏好，触发欧元多头重返市场。
应美方邀请，王受文拟于8月下旬率团访美，与美国财政部副部长马尔帕斯率领的美方代表团就双方各自关注的中美经贸问题进行磋商。中方重申，反对单边主义和贸易保护主义做法，不接受任何单边贸易限制措施。中方欢迎在对等、平等、诚信的基础上，开展对话和沟通。
此外卡塔尔承诺向土耳其投资150亿美元。白宫表示，即便土耳其释放美国牧师，美国也不会取消钢铁关税，但将考虑解除制裁。
不过分析师认为，即使土耳其市场动荡缓解，欧元下行趋势仍将继续。因欧元区经济增长放缓，利率差异导致投资者从今年早些时候开始抛售欧元多头头寸，德意志银行(Deutsche Bank)和野村国际公司(Nomura International Plc)认为，欧元兑美元或跌至1.10。
从多周角度来看维持逢高抛售了欧元兑美元策略，欧元方面，意大利CDS价差和国债收益率价差均走阔，持续体现了市场对意大利北方联盟党与五星运动党新政府预算前景的担忧，关键时间节点仍为9月27日，届时将更新多年预算案，另一关键节点为10月15日，为意大利向欧盟提交预算的截止日期。
