12月加息未成定局，通胀结构仍有问题
11月15日，美国CPI数据公布使得越来越多的证据表明美国经济存在结构性较低的通胀问题，这对于美联储12月加息的前景来说，将会是一个关键的考验。数据再度令人失望可能会让美元更受冲击，目前市场定价美联储12月加息的90%概率将大幅下降。
周三（11月15日）荷兰国际集团研究分析师韦拉吉·帕特尔(Viraj Patel)表示，目前的CPI数据使得越来越多的证据表明美国经济存在结构性较低的通胀问题，这对于美联储12月加息的前景来说，将会是一个关键的考验。
美国劳工统计局周三公布的数据显示，10月份所有城市的CPI经季节性因素调整后上涨了0.1%。住房指数上升了0.3%，是季节性因素调整后所有项目增加的主要因素，同时所有食品和能源的指数也在10月份上涨了0.2%。
从短期的不稳定因素来看，很难找到一种衡量美国通胀的综合指标，自2007-2008年危机以来，平均年通胀率为2%。
事实上，美联储前主席本·伯南克最近指出，核心PCE——美联储的另一项首选通胀指标，仍比美联储自全球金融危机后时代以来实现2%的目标低了4.5%。因此，看到像威廉姆斯和埃文斯这样的现任联邦公开市场委员会成员谈论未来潜在的价格水平，也就不足为奇了。
对于市场而言，明显发现美国的结构性低通胀的信息——美国的收益率曲线继续出现扁平化的倾向。今天的整体CPI为2%仅是噪音，而核心CPI的缺失只会强化目前的市场动态。
数据再度令人失望可能会让美元更受冲击，因为可能看到，目前市场定价美联储12月加息的90%概率将大幅下降。投资者偏向于抛售美元兑G10低收益率(欧元、日元和英镑)，而全球风险环境也在恶化。
