政府关门也要修墙，特朗普话语让市场再起波澜
周三（8月23日）避险日元和黄金在亚市震荡走强，主要因美国总统特朗普威胁国会，不惜让政府停摆也要建成边界墙。令市场担心美国政府可能面临停摆的可能性上升，激发市场避险情绪升温。
就此前全球皆知的特朗普要在美墨边境筑墙事件。特朗普此次这样说：“民主党人反对建边境墙，就是在让美国人的安全面临风险。我们要修建边境墙，这是十分必要的。如果得不到边境墙资金，政府将会停摆关门。即使我们不得不关掉政府，我们也要修建边境墙。”
当谈及朝鲜问题时，特朗普表示，金正恩已经开始尊重美国，自己也尊重这一事实，也许有些积极的事情将会发生。关于北美自贸协议的问题，特朗普认为达不成协议。因此可能会在某个时间点终止北美自贸协议。
此前，参议院民主党打算阻止特朗普的支出法案的通过，希望今年晚些时候达成一项增加国内支出的协议。两党预算谈判的时间表尚未确定，目前还不清楚国会能否在10月1日财政年度开始时避免政府关门。
如果将导致民主党反对在预算中包括进边境墙的修建资金，那么共和党的这一支出法案将加大了国会无法按时完成支出法案的风险。一旦在9月30日之前国会无法就预算问题达成全面共识，将导致政府服务部分关闭，或者，为避免此状况，各方要求国会通过一项临时支出措施。
