美国1月房价增速为通胀两倍
标准普尔公司周二(3月29日)公布的数据显示，美国1月未季调S&P/CS20个大城市房价指数年率增长5.75%，预期增长5.8%，前值修正为增长5.74%。
报告还显示，1月美国独栋房屋价格同比上涨速度弱于预期。
此外，美国1月S&P/CS20个大都会地区房价指数经季节性调整后较前月上升0.8%，预估为上升0.7%
标普道琼斯指数委员会主席David Blitzer点评称，低库存和供应短缺提振价格，房价以通胀增速两倍的速度攀升；新屋建设和销售复苏对成屋销售构成了一定程度的拖累；2月单一家庭住房开工创自2007年11月以来新高，其占2月美国总住房开工的70%。
他补充道，融资问题仍然对潜在买房者构成担忧，尤其是年轻人和首次购房者；房价上涨不可否认将阻碍购房行为，个人金融状况相较于美国当地市场状况重要性更强；美国旧金山、西雅图以及俄勒冈州的波特兰，这三个城市的房屋价格，同比上涨幅度创纪录新高。
