美联储官员转向鹰派让市场困惑
上周，数位来自美联储的官员鼓动美联储上调利率，且应宜早不宜迟。这一举动令不少市场观察人士感到困惑。
毕竟，美联储最新发表的政策声明——美联储并不急于加息。这是在美联储主席珍妮特-耶伦举行的记者会上，外界广泛看到的一个信号-。
事实情况是，从3月15日至16日的会议结束后，美联储政策制定委员会的部分鹰派人物将会首次获得台前发言，这暗示着鹰派人物可能会有所行动。。
去年十二月，美联储在过去九年来首次提高基准利率。当时很多美联储政策委员会人士称，他们希望在2016年采取4次加息政策。
上周美联储3月份会议结束后，一个由10名美联储政策委员会成员组成的多数派声称，他们预期本年度采取一到两次加息。
但是在表面之下，另外七位不具名委员会成员声称，他们希望本年度美联储采取三到四次加息。
根据美联储提供的点阵图，其余三位美联储官员则赞成三次加息。
对美联储的点阵图预测持有反对意见的人士很多，包括部分前任和现任美国央行行长。本周布拉德称，他认为美联储的点阵图应该要逐步退出。而很多经济学家认为它已经失去了应有的作用。
来自杰福瑞投行的经济学家Tom Simons说，在金融危机期间，点阵图预测是一个非常方便的工具，可以向市场显示加息是一个漫长的过程。但是现在，点阵图对预测央行下一步的行动 “提供不了实在意义的作用”。
Simons还说，美联储的政策通常依赖于数据和政策制定者对所获得信息的反应，往往不确定性很大。
以上情况导致的结果是，美联储通常只是每三个月更新一次自己的点阵图，而同期市场变化前景却很大，这种情况导致美联储的点阵图与市场关联性只能保持在几周左右。
