美东时间6月11日16:00(北京时间6月12日04:00)，道琼斯工业平均指数上涨38.97点，报18,039.37点，涨幅为0.22%；标准普尔500指数上涨3.66点，报2,108.86点，涨幅为0.17%；纳斯达克综合指数上涨5.82点，报5,082.51点，涨幅为0.11%。
美联储周四发布的数据显示，今年一季度美国企业债务经季调后环比增长7.2%，创下一年来最大增幅。企业现金略有下降，从去年第四季度的2万亿美元降至1.99万亿美元。数据显示，一季度美国的家庭债务仅增长2.2%，原因是抵押贷款债务0.3%的下降抵消了汽车贷款、学生贷款和信用卡债务5.6%的增长。
个股消息面，耐克公司(NYSE:NKE)股价上涨。周三晚间有报道称，耐克将取代阿迪达斯，成为美国全国篮球联盟(NBA)球场服装的官方提供商。这个合约为期8年，包括美国女子篮球联盟以及NBA发展联盟在内，将于2017-2018赛季开始。
另外，亚马逊(AMZN)受到关注，此前欧盟发起了针对该公司在销售电子书方面的某些行为的反垄断调查。
波音公司(BA)周四将未来20年全球商用飞机市场的需求预期上调3.5%，至38,050架，价值达5.6万亿美元，并且表示，预计每五架新建造的飞机中就有两架将用于满足亚洲市场的需求。
云储存公司Box(BO)股价攀升，该公司的季度业绩超出预期，同时发布了乐观的业绩目标。
食品公司Krispy Kreme Doughnuts(KKD)股价上涨，该公司在周三收盘后宣布经过调整之后的每股收益为24美分，好于市场预期。
