凯投宏观报告称，各国央行一直是黄金净买家的趋势将继续，未来两年各国央行将继续买入黄金。
过去两年，俄罗斯央行是黄金市场最大的买家之一。在原油低迷和乌克兰局势受到制裁的情况下，俄罗斯大幅出售外汇储备以稳定卢布，凯投宏观经济学家Gambarini称，在重新补充外汇储备的情况下，俄罗斯会大量买入黄金。 另外，除了俄罗斯，一些新兴市场国家的央行也在积极买入黄金。
Gambarini认为，尽管央行买盘并不能持续推动金价上行，但却是目前金价稳定1200美元/盎司附近的一大原因。
