俄罗斯经济近六年来 首度陷入萎缩

俄罗斯联邦统计局近日发布的数据显示，今年第一季度俄罗斯国内生产总值比去年同期下降1.9%，为2009年以来首次陷入萎缩。
受西方制裁和国际油价大幅波动影响，俄罗斯经济下行压力加大。根据俄经济发展部的最新预测，2015年俄罗斯经济将萎缩2.8%，但2016年俄罗斯经济将恢复增长，增长幅度为2.3%。数据显示，2014全年俄罗斯经济比上一年增长0.6%。
目前，俄罗斯经济依然面临挑战，国内通胀高企、油价走向也有很大不确定性、西方的制裁也没有任何放松的迹象。为了刺激经济，俄罗斯央行此前已经三度降息。不过，有市场人士认为，在度过最艰难的时期后，俄罗斯政府显然对经济前景更加乐观，这也反映在资本市场上。今年以来，卢布成为全球表现最好的货币，目前兑美元已经升值22%。以美元计价的俄罗斯股市RTS指数已经飙涨近36%。
