此前，希腊财长Yanis Varoufakis向英国《金融时报》表示，希腊政府不会再要求减计3200多亿欧元的外债，而是要用“债务互换清单”（menu of debt swaps）缓解债务负担。这意味着希腊可以避免德国和其他债权国不会接受的债务减计。
