国际油价暴跌 欧佩克坚持不减产

自今年6月升至年内高点以来，纽约期油价格和伦敦布伦特期油价格持续大幅下挫。石油输出国组织(欧佩克)11月27日宣布，将石油日产量保持在3000万桶水平不变，成为今年下半年油价跌势加剧的导火索。
12月26日，纽约期油价格收于每桶54.73美元，伦敦布伦特期油价格收于每桶59.45美元。纽约期油价格目前较年内高点下跌45.9%，伦敦布伦特期油价格较年内高点下跌46.7%。
2011年欧佩克决定将石油日产量保持在3000万桶水平，这个限额一直维持至今。欧佩克目前原油产量约占世界石油市场份额的三分之一。市场普遍认为，国际油价下行趋势短期仍未终结。一方面，今年全球经济复苏不理想，对于能源的需求较为疲软；另一方面，原油供应却维持于高位，除欧佩克成员国保持此前的高供应量外，美国页岩油开发规模也明显扩大。
