库德林:俄经济可能爆发“全面危机”

莫斯科12月22日 – 俄罗斯前财长库德林周一表示，俄罗斯政府未能迅速解决财政问题，从而将该国推向经济危机。越来越多的迹象显示俄罗斯经济陷入全面困境。
俄罗斯央行称，为防止中型银行Trust Bank破产，将向其最多提供300亿卢布(5.4亿美元)，该银行是当前卢布危机的首个牺牲品。政府还宣布对粮食出口征税以保证国内库存。路透调查显示，俄罗斯国内生产总值(GDP)明年料萎缩3.6%。
俄罗斯经济发展部长乌柳卡耶夫(Alexei Ulyukayev)最近曾表示，油价大跌、西方制裁以及资本外逃构成“完美风暴”，沉重打击了该国经济，而缺乏结构性改革让严重依赖石油收入的经济雪上加霜。
库德林认为，卢布贬值首先是因西方对俄吞并克里米亚并对乌克兰东部的亲俄势力提供支持而实施的制裁。
