日本央行决定继续推行宽松货币政策

东京12月19日电 (记者乐绍延)日本中央银行在19日举行的金融政策决策会议上，以8人赞同1人反对的表决结果，决定继续推行大规模的量化宽松货币政策，努力实现通货膨胀率2%的既定目标。央行决策会议的决定公布之后，日元对美元汇率进一步走低。
日本央行行长黑田东彦在决策会议之后举行的记者会上强调，日本经济依然持续着温和复苏的基调，工矿业生产已经停止下滑，库存调整正在继续，出口已经从徘徊转向增长，企业设备投资也在缓慢增长。由于就业形势和个人收入都在改善，个人消费开始回暖，整体经济形势在向好的方向运行。
日本央行10月31日宣布进一步放宽货币政策，通过购买长期国债和金融债券等方式，向市场追加10万亿至20万亿日元的资金供应，由此把向市场增加供应的资金总规模扩大到80万亿日元。
