欧盟执委会调降欧元区经济成长预估

欧盟执委会表示，欧元区即便要实现温和的经济成长，也还需要一年时间，并呼吁德国出手相助，但梅克尔再次拒绝了增加支出的提议。欧盟执委会下调对欧元区经济成长的预估，称欧元区经济今年将扩张0.8%，明年及2016年分别成长1.1%和1.7%–执委会在六个月前原本预估明年就可达此水准。成长延后主要是因为受到法国和意大利经济的拖累。通胀率料维持低位，2016年失业率料在11%的高位。德国经济成长将慢于欧盟执委会之前的预期，预计2015年将扩张1.1%，而欧盟执委会在春季时的预估为成长2%。
