1、什么是股票市盈率？
其实股票市盈率，就是当我们需要比较不同价格的股票是否被高估或低估时，用来衡量股票投资价值的一项指标。准确来说，市盈率是一个考察期在一年内，股价跟每股税收收益的比例，通常计算公式是：股票市盈率=普通股每股市场价格÷普通股每年每股盈利。
比如，某只股票的市场价格为20元，过去1年的每股税收盈利为5元，那么该股票的市盈率就是：20÷5=4，也就是该股票有4倍的市盈率，每付出4元的时候就可以收获1元盈利。
2、股票市盈率有什么用？
一般而言，市盈率是用于衡量同类股票的投资价值，如果某只股票市盈率越低，那么就愈值得投资。但是呢，由于不同行业、国家、时段的股票市盈率往往不一样，所以最好不要简单粗暴地进行类比。
此外，市盈率在衡量一家公司股票价值时，也有一定的参考价值。一般来说，公司股价的价值水平，往往可以通过市盈率来衡量：
0-13： 即价值被低估；
14-20：即正常水平；
21-28：即价值被高估；
28+： 反映股市出现投机性泡沫；
不过，市盈率对企业公司的股票价值也并非百分百准确，如果一家公司股票的市盈率过高，那么该股票的价格具有泡沫，价值被高估。但若公司的增长迅速以及未来的业绩增长非常看好时，股票目前的高市盈率可能恰好准确地估量了该公司的价值。
