（一）品种术语
1、普通股：公司经营管理中关于盈利和财产分配享有普通权利的股份，发行量最大，是股票的基本形式。
2、优先股：优先于普通股，在公司分配盈利或公司清盘分配剩余资产时，优先股将在普通股之前分配。
3、绩优股：指业绩优秀、但股票净值增速较慢，抗风险的性能很强，收益趋向平稳，绩优股主要的获利模式为赚取股息。
4、后配股：当利息或分红或剩余资产分配时，相比普通股处于劣势的股票，一般是普通股分配之后，对剩余利益进行二次分配。
（二）交易术语
1、开盘价：当日开盘后第一笔成交的价格，开市后30分钟内无成交价则以前一日收盘价作为日内开盘价。
2、收盘价：当日最后一笔成交的股价。
3、最高价：当日所成交价格的最高价位。
4、最低价：当日所成交价格的最低价位。
5、涨跌限制：当日内的交易价格相对上一交易日收市价格涨跌幅度不大于10%，超过幅度的挂单入市无效。
6、多头：表示投资者对股市看好，预计股价会涨。
7、空头：表示投资者对股市看空，预计股价会跌。
