T，是当天买卖“T+0”的简称，股票做T是针对股市交易T+1规则而产生的超短线操作技巧，是指利用一个交易日中的涨跌做价差。
二、股票做T的方法
股票做T的方法根据是先买后卖还是先卖后买分为顺向T+0和逆向做T+0，二者的操作技巧极为相似，都需要满足一个前提条件，那就是投资者手中需持有一定数量股票。
1、顺向T+0
顺向T+0就是指先买后卖，此方法分为三种情况：

| 股票被套（1000股） | 股价低开或严重下跌 | 低位买入（1000股），反弹上升到一定水平将被套股票（1000股）卖出 |

| 持有股票获利（1000股） | 后市仍有上涨空间 | 开盘买入（1000股），高位卖出原有股票（1000股） |
2、逆向T+0
逆向T+0是指先卖后买，同样分为三种情况，但其与顺向T+0操作手中必须持有部分现金不同，逆向T+0操作不需要持有现金，即使是满仓被套也可以交易。具体方法为：
