在股票市场中，新股上市经常会吸引很多投资者，这是因为成功申购到新股，是只赚不赔的无风险买卖，并且网上发行无需收取佣金和印花税，更是降低了投资者的交易成本。那么多投资者都会参与新股申购，但是您是不是真的熟悉新股申购的流程呢？小编现在来为大家介绍一下。
一、投资者申购（T日）
投资者在申购时间内缴足申购款，进行申购委托。其中，沪市股票需要的是1000股的整数倍，深市股票需要的是500股的整数倍，超过可申购额度的都是废单，如果是多次委托仅第一笔委托有效。另外，沪市申购时间为9:30—11:30和13:00—15:00；深市申购时间为9:15—11:30和13:00—15：00。
二、冻结资金（T+1日）
中国结算公司将投资者申购资金冻结。
三、验资与配号（T+2）
登记结算公司配合主承销商和会计师事务所对申购资金进行验资。另外，交易所根据最终的有效申购总量，按照每1000（深市500）股配一个号的规则，由交易主机主动对有效申购进行统一连续配号，并在当日收市后将申购配号传给各券商。
四、摇号抽签（T+3）
公布中签率，并根据总配号量和中签率组织摇号抽签，并于次日公布中签结果。其中，若有效申购量小于或等于本次上网发行量，则不需要摇号抽签，所有配号都是中签号码，投资者按有效申购量认购股票。若申购数量大于本次上网发行量，则通过摇号抽签，确定有效申购中签号码，每一中签号码认购一个申购单位新股。
五、公布中签号、资金解冻（T+4）
公布中签号，对未中签部分的申购款进行解冻，中签投资者在新股上市日可以将中签股票进行交易。
