一、什么是挂单交易
在证券市场电子化交易中，挂单等同于委托，如投资者买卖股票时通过电话、电脑等形式委托经纪人或交易系统在指定目标价格完成交易。
挂单交易是指由客户指定交易品种、金额以及交易目标价格后，一旦报价达到或优于客户指定的价格，就执行客户的指令，完成交易。在成交之前，客户可以主动撤销未成交指令。但在进行交易操作后，挂单的金额立即被冻结，在交易单执行或撤销之前，该交易单的金额不能用于支付或其他用途。
二、挂单交易的形式
1、单向交易的投资产品只有买入与卖出两种挂单方式。
2、双向交易的投资产品挂单交易的形式有四种：
（1）buy limit ——买入限价，即目标价格低于市场报价
（2）Sell limit ——卖出限价，即目标价格高于市场报价
（3）buy stop ——买入止损，即目标价格高于市场报价
（4）Sell stop ——卖出止损，即目标价格低于市场报价
无论是buy还是sell，只要是stop就意味着趋势的的延续，只要是limit就是趋势的反转，记住这一点，投资者就不会选错了。
