在股票市场中,公司的经营状况、管理水平、科技开发能力、产业内的竞争实力、财务状况等都是影响股票价格的重要因素之一,在股市上常见到说某公司实施权益分派,那么股票分派是什么?对股价又是利好还是利空呢?
一、权益分派
权益分配是股份制企业在分配企业效益的时候,按各个股东的入股,以及贡献,合理的分配提留生产经营保障金后的那一部分资金。其方式有送股、公积金转增股本、现金红利派发。
二、权益分派利好还是利空
1、送股
送股是指采取送股票的办法实施给上市公司的股东分配公司利润,它是分红的方式之一,也可以看成是配股价为零的特殊配股。虽然送股后,股东持有的股票数量增多,但实际上股东在公司里占有的权益份额和价值都是没有变化的。 目前,上市公司一般都只将未分配利润部分送股。总的来说,送股实际上对股市没有什么大的影响,只是股票变多,股价下降,但总价不变。
2、公积金转增股本
公积金转增股本是指公司将资本公积转化成股本,转增股本并没有改变股东的权益,也就是说其增加了股本的规模,并由于股票稀释了,股价就自然下降了。这样看来,公积金转增股本与送股的结果是相似的。
3、现金红利派发
现金红利派发与送股,都是上市公司分配利润的形式,派发现金红利,是公司以现金的方式实现对股民的投资回报。这对于长期投资者是一个利好消息,因为他能够收到一笔红利,但是对于短期投资者而言,由于红利的派发,会摊薄股价,往往会拉低股价。
总的来说,权益分派是利好还是利空需要辩证看待,权益分派的三种方式都会在短期内造成股价的下降,但是总价值却是不变的,对短期投资者而言这是一个利空的消息,但是在长期看来却不一定,这需要结合更多的消息面来判断该股票是否有成长的空间,尤其一般而言,公司的效益好才会实施送股、转增股本、现金红利派发,也就说该公司只要继续保持好的经营状况,股票的价格是有很大可能实现升值的。
