（2）除权日：解除分配权力的日期。在股权交易日的次工作日，上市公司实施转增或者是配送股。这之后，市场可流通总股数增加，那么原来股票的市场价格也会恢复之前大致的价格。
（3）除息除权日：在股权交易日的次工作日，上市公司实施分红和接触分配股权的日期。
