山东黄金停牌筹划重组

昨天下午开市，山东黄金突以“拟筹划重大资产重组”为由停牌。午后黄金股集体飙涨，多只股票盘中触及涨停。
山东黄金在昨天中午发布的公告中承诺，停牌时间不超过30个自然日，即争取在2014年8月29日前披露符合相关要求的重大资产重组预案，公司股票将在公告重大资产重组预案后复牌。而据7月30日晚间山东黄金公告，来自山东产权交易中心的公开信息，大股东山东黄金集团于2014年7月29日－8月25日，以约6亿元挂牌价公开其持有的山东黄金集团寺庄金矿深部普查探矿权的相关信息，并同时征集受让方；山东黄金的全资子公司山东黄金矿业（莱州）有限公司，拟以挂牌价但最高不超过挂牌价格1.1倍的价格参与竞购。
山东黄金方面称，本次交易的寺庄探矿权为山东黄金集团合法取得并拥有。由于该矿权位于山东黄金全资子公司山东黄金矿业（莱州）有限公司的寺庄金矿采矿区深部，由此拟由莱州公司在收购取得控制权后整合并入其采矿权矿山进行集约化开采生产；预期生产规模为66万吨/年，建设期3年后达产。
值得一提的是，公司于去年7月公布了一份增发预案，收购包括控股股东山东黄金集团等拥有的部分从事黄金生产的企业股权以及黄金矿业权等资产。但是最终，伴随着国际金价和公司股价的纷纷下跌，山东黄金以 “目前国内资本市场发生了变化”为由，终止了这一次的收购计划。
对此，一位市场人士指出，在银行、保险、钢铁等前期冷门的板块，轮番遭遇资金热炒之后，山东黄金恰逢其时的引起了资金对于公司及其他黄金股的关注。而这种资金热情能否保持，最关键的还是要看这些公司是否走出了行业的低谷，或者说疲软已久的金价是否迎来了反弹的契机。
海通证券7月22日发布的研究报告称，美国经济波动性增大、全球仍将处于流动性宽松状态、黄金需求或出现明显上升等因素，都可能推动金价上涨。分析师表示就黄金股走势而言，其股价基本处于历史低位，下跌空间有限。
