黄金国际板年内推出

据消息指上海国际黄金交易中心有限公司已经市工商局批准登记，于6月16日落户上海自由贸易试验区。该交易中心是继去年成立的上海国际能源交易中心股份有限公司之后，第二家经国家部委批准的大型金融类交易平台。该中心将作为自贸试验区金融市场体系的重要主体，为我国黄金市场在世界范围内获得更大的话语权做出贡献。
昨日，在央行上海总部举行的自贸区自由贸易账户业务启动仪式上，上海黄金交易所将其在自贸区推出的国际黄金业务结算纳入了自由贸易账户体系。
对于与之相关的黄金国际板筹备到了哪步，上海黄金交易所理事长许罗德在会上表示，年内将推出黄金国际板业务。他称，目前，上海国际黄金交易中心已经完成注册，业务规则已经修订完毕，交易系统等技术准备已经上线，交割仓库已经通过海关验收，加上此次接入自由贸易账户系统并与相关银行达成结算合作，至此，上海黄金交易中心已经“搭台”完毕。
根据上述合作备忘录，作为境内在岸交易市场，上海黄金交易所接入央行上海总部系统。
在此基础上，交易所还分别与工行、建行、中行上海分行、浦发银行上海分行等银行签订《结算银行合作协议》。据此，符合条件的境外和自贸区内客户可在签约银行分账核算单元内开设自由贸易账户，参与黄金交易。已经完成注册的、拟建中的上海国际黄金交易中心也将在签约银行分账核算单元开立自由贸易账户。
“我们要在年内把黄金国际板推出来。”许罗德表达了“两个引进”的思路: 一是引进境外投资者，二是引进离岸资金，两者都包括自贸区内和境外范畴，离岸资金则包括人民币和可兑换货币。
许罗德并称，在此背后，目标是在岸资金、投资者与离岸的联动，探索完善人民币报价，推动上海成为全球黄金转口中心。
