中国欲打造全球黄金话语权

在日前上海市金融办和新民晚报联合举办的第二届“上海金融大讲坛”上，上海黄金交易所党委书记、理事长许罗德围绕黄金市场发展与黄金投资发表专题演讲指出，中国黄金资源储量较大，产量连续七年位居世界第一，中国是目前世界上第一大黄金进口国、消费国。
但中国世界黄金话语权与市场体量不匹配，未来，中国上海要积极打造在全球黄金市场的话语权。
去年中国出现的一轮黄金抢购潮，使得“中国大妈”成为一个全球皆知的新名词，让全球对中国黄金市场有了进一步认识。
“中国已经是全球现货黄金最大的市场，实物黄金交易占全球60%，但是，黄金价格的话语权却很小，还没有黄金的定价权。”许罗德表示，要改变这个局面，需要要打造一个“上海金”，使上海黄金交易所的黄金价格成为全球有影响力的黄金价格，从而争取黄金的定价权。
作为金融市场重要的组成部分，黄金市场一直加速发展演进。许罗德表示，目前全球黄金市场格局为，伦敦、纽约双雄争霸，其他市场影响有限。“伦敦、纽约市场占据主导地位，交易量超过全球70%，伦敦合格交割标准，伦敦本地金等标准和概念全球通用。”
目前，黄金市场已经出现了“西金东移”，但黄金的定价权依然在西边。中国黄金消费规模世界第一，却不能决定黄金的价格，现在的价格依然是“影子价格”。许罗德表示，要改变这个局面，“西金东移”的同时，也要“西价东移”。
由于中国有强大的市场需求，有一个规模最大的黄金交易市场，同时，人民币逐步变成国际货币，上海国际金融中心建设也具备了初步的条件，许罗德表示，这是将上海建设成为一个黄金交易中心的“机遇窗口期”。他提出要打造“上海金”，从影子市场发展到三足鼎立，形成伦敦、纽约、上海三个国际黄金市场，这是上海黄金交易所的使命。
