上海自贸区黄金国际板正式获批

上海黄金交易所昨天确认，中国人民银行已经批准金交所在上海自贸区内设立“黄金国际板”的申请。金交所将在上海自贸区内注册成立一家全资子公司，作为黄金国际交易平台运营方，注册名称为“上海国际黄金交易中心有限公司”。
这无疑是一个机遇，中国金融国际化跨出了重要的一步，但光看到机会是远远不够的。
虽然目前上海黄金交易所的系统还在调试中，但已经有30多家机构表达了强烈的参与愿望。纳入海外投资者无疑将加大国际板的交易量和活跃度，同时还能提升中国在国际黄金市场的话语权。
引入海外投资者意味着，中国投资者将直面全世界的玩家，这无疑是上海争夺国际话语权的一部分，同时，投资者将面临各大机构和投资家的对手盘，这可不是一个简单的活，不入虎穴焉得虎子？
同时，在交割速度上，或将无法到达一个较高的水平，毕竟黄金属于特殊商品，进出口将会受到限制，而自贸区暂时还不能提供交割服务。如何处理好交割这个问题，将考验政策制定者的智慧。
还需要重视一点的是，本次黄金国际板将采用人民币计价，这在中国金融史上可谓是头一遭，国际资本是否会通过黄金国际板来对人民币产生影响？醉翁之意是否不在酒？人们也是拭目以待。
本次黄金国际板出台，市场对其给予的希望可谓是相当之大，毕竟是第一次中国人可以在自己的“主场”迎接全球的投资者了，只有打开门户才能让上海在国际金价定价权上有更多的话语权，虽然现在仅仅是第一步。
