产金大国纷纷减产能提振黄金价格吗？

据加纳矿业委员会(Minerals Commission)周一(4月28日)表示，2014年该国的黄金年产量可能下滑50万盎司，因金价持续下跌导致一些矿企暂停了业务运营。加纳是非洲仅次于南非的第二大产金国。
该委员会财务分析师助理Daniel Krampah在电话中称，预计今年加纳的黄金年产量在310万盎司，较此前初步预期的360万盎司下降。
数据显示，2012年加纳的黄金年产量曾攀升至430万盎司的历史高位，因国际金价曾在2011年9月触及历史高位。然而，2013年金价却录得28%的年度跌幅，导致一些投资者对其丧失了信心。
此前，南非公布数据显示，南非2月黄金产出年率下降3.6%，1月黄金产出年率修正为下降6.2%，初值为下降6.3%。显示该国依然没有摆脱去年金市走熊带来的困扰。南非的黄金产量在过去10年里下降了83%，并且目前来看没有有起色的迹象。
显然，2013年黄金突然间的走熊，让各大金矿猝不及防，“靠金吃饭”成为了笑谈。当然，市场是没有同情心的，金矿的生存环境从来不是他们关心的焦点，现在人们要问的是：供给的减少是否将提振金价？
表面上看，这是有道理的，但贵金属市场从来都是唯美联储马首是瞻，无论是削减QE还是加息都将继续打压金价，这都和供给和需求无关。
