耶伦透露升息时间 黄金现货价格下挫

美国联储局(FED)19日发布最新货币决策，购债持续减码是意料中事，但FED主席耶伦话语中透露升息时间可能提前却令市场哗然，导致金价、美债等对利率风险敏感的避险商品重挫。华盛顿邮报报导指出，与以往只一面倒宣示坚守长期低利率不同的是，FED现在已开始公开讨论何时升息，正如同预告货币政策准备转向了。耶伦会后接受记者提问时表示，升息时间大概是在购债计划落幕6个月之后。若按目前QE减码的速度推估，FED预计在今年秋天终结购债计划，换句话说，升息时间应该是2015年第2季左右。据MarketWatch于利率决策后所作调查，有56%交易员预期FED第一次升息时间为2015年6月。
除了时间提前外，公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)调查还显示，FED升息速度亦有可能加快。FOMC 16名委员中有13位委员预期FED将在2015年开始升息，其中有4位估计当年底利率将升至1%。去年12月调查时，仅有2位持相同看法。另外，有越来越多的委员相信，2016年底利率就会升破2%。在利率决策宣布后，10年期美债殖利率盘中飙涨9.5个基点至2.772%，黄金期货价格重挫1.9%至1329.8美元。
