麦嘉华：金价修正或结束 将依然下跌

末日博士麦嘉华(Marc Faber）最近接受采访时表示，将股市、黄金和其他金融资产放在一起做对比，黄金是相对便宜的资产。
麦嘉华认为，如果中国经济遭遇困难，人民币可能疲软，那样的话中国的私人投资者们会把资金转换成黄金。我认为亚洲的地区争端和全球其它地方的经济问题会把黄金需求推高而非降低。
对于近两年来金价下跌中的基本面因素，麦嘉华说：“基本上是从1999年差不多255美元/盎司大幅上涨到了2011年9月的1920美元/盎司。现在是处在修正中。我认为修正的阶段是对的，因为之前太热，有太多投机，带来了2011年的高价。但我认为市场中确实有一些操控。我觉得修正差不多要结束了，因为目前的基本面要大大好于那时，但价格却低了。”
麦嘉华还称，所有投资者都理解要在低位买入高位售出，但当价格下跌的时候，却没人愿意买。把黄金股票以及金价和标普500指数比的话，标普500指数自2011年后就基本上是在上涨的，而金价则是在下跌的。把黄金股票和标普500比的话我认为就是黄金股票的大灾难了。再看看资产价格、房产、债券、股票和收藏品等，我认为金价是几个价格相对便宜的资产之一。
