矿商削减支出 全球黄金产量低于预期

彭博社3月4日报导，全球最大金矿商加拿大巴瑞克黄金公司（Barrick Gold Corporation）执行长索卡尔斯基（Jamie Sokalsky）表示，受到去年金价走势大跌28%迫使金矿商削减支出以及修订生产计划的影响，预期今年全球黄金产量将会低于多数人的预期。金价大跌已经令全球金矿商减记超过300亿美元的资产。金价去年写下32年来的最大年度跌幅，但今年至今已经上涨12%。索卡尔斯基认为，在矿商黄金产量将会减少，以及中国大陆等实物黄金需求依然强劲的影响下，今年金价将很有可能重回1,400美元甚至是美元1,500价位。根据彭博社的调查，分析师平均预估今年的平均金价将为每盎司1,210美元，2015年的平均金价则预估为1,215美元。巴克莱（Barclays）2月12日的报告预估，继去年黄金产量年增3.4%之后，今年全球黄金产量可望续增至2,787公吨，2015年也将持续增加至2,838公吨。
贝莱德集团（BlackRock Inc.）全球矿业基金经理Evy Hambro则认为，由于矿企不断削减成本，并转向收益更高的矿山，如果未来多数矿企继续以上述形式来维持收支平衡，则黄金产量将很快开始下滑。
汇丰银行（HSBC）分析师James Steel周一（3月3日）报告称，实物需求–尤其是来自新兴市场的需求将会推高金价，预计未来5年黄金均价为每盎司1,350美元。报告预计今年黄金生产量在2,950吨，少于去年的3,019吨，旧金供应量为1,400吨，高于去年的1,371吨。
