乌动荡不止 现货黄金早盘报涨

乌克兰紧张情势持续升高,带动黄金现货价大幅走扬、美国标准普尔500指数期货电子盘走低。嘉实XQ全球赢家系统报价显示,截至3日上午7时41分(GMT+8)为止,黄金现货价大涨0.75%、报1,338.01美元/盎司;开盘迄今最高升至1,338.20。标准普尔500指数期货在3日上午7时28分(GMT+8)下跌0.87%、报1,841.40点。
美联社2日报导,美国资深官员表示,国务卿凯瑞(John Kerry)将于4日造访乌克兰首都基辅(Kiev)与当地政府官员会面。报导指出,凯瑞考虑对俄罗斯采取经济/投资制裁、停发签证以及冻结俄罗斯在美国资产等报复手段。美国分析俄罗斯目前已全面掌控亲俄国的克里米亚半岛、预估当地海空俄军人员已超过6千人。
乌克兰总理Arseniy Yatsenyuk 2日表示,乌国已经濒临灾难边缘。Atlantic Council(华盛顿智库)东欧学者Damon Wilson指出,这将是欧巴马(Barack Obama)两任总统任期的最大挑战。美国参议员Marco Rubio表示,欧巴马政府目前并无采取军事行动的打算。
美元兑俄罗斯币27日盘中最高升至36.2641、创2009年3月4日以来新高。今年迄今美元兑俄罗斯币升幅逼近10%、大于去年全年涨幅(7.55%)。
Thomson Reuters报导,信评机构标准普尔(Standard & Poor`s)2月21日以政治情势显著恶化令违约风险升高为由,宣布将乌克兰长期外币主权信用评等调降一级至「CCC」、展望为「负向」。负向展望意味着乌克兰信评在未来12个月内有三分之一的机率会再度遭到调降。
