秘鲁管制非法开采 黄金出口或减25%

路透社2月11日报导，秘鲁开始对国内非法黄金开采进行严格管制，并冻结了空壳公司的船运，这可能令该国今年的黄金出口减少25%。秘鲁是全球第六大黄金生产国，去年黄金产量约140吨。一位海关官员透露，秘鲁去年价值80亿美元的出口黄金中，有大约四分之一来自那些购买非法来源矿石以避免赋税的公司。秘鲁长期以来一直以来都难以控制该国国内的非法采矿，大约有50万人从事非法采矿业，而这些开采极大的破坏了亚马逊雨林。海关官员称目前将目标锁定在那些出口公司上，而非之前的劳动者身上，这已经带来了一些效果，目前非法黄金出口几乎被冻结了。打击非法采矿的高阶官员Daniel Urresti表示，现在不会再有公司购买非法的黄金，因他们知道那将不能出口。出口公司必须申报是由何处而来的黄金，而申报资料会与实验室的检测数据相比对。
道明证券（TD Securities）周二（2月11日）发表评论称，因投资者担忧美国经济复苏就此偃旗息鼓，同时美联储（Fed）可能会放缓缩减宽松政策的步伐，黄金价格近期持续走高，并且短期内可能会进一步上涨。不过，黄金价格也同样面临风险，该行称，一旦美国恶劣天气好转，经济数据出现改善，预计届时黄金价格将出现下滑。
