金价遭操控 五大银行求清白寻稽查

华尔街日报21日引述知情人士消息指出，由于遭指控操纵黄金价格，巴克莱、汇丰、德意志、法国兴业与加拿大丰业银行(Bank of Nova Scotia)等参与制定金价的五大金融巨头为求自清，将寻求第三方公正单位稽查金价制定程序。黄金现货经由柜台交易24小时不间断，由于并没有集中单一的报价信息，因此上述五大银行会集会共同决定金价，每天伦敦清晨与下午各一次，这个程序俗称伦敦定价制度(London Fixing)，自1919年起沿用至今。由于伦敦定价每天发布，除了是全球黄金现货，以及各种珠宝价格的参考依据外，也连结至黄金ETF等金融商品，因此极受交易员重视。
据报导，继德国金融监管机构BaFin之后，英国金融监管局( Financial Conduct Authority)也对金价可能遭人为操控乙案展开调查。除此之外，上述五大银行已组成项目委员会进行内部稽核。
