中国发放黄金制品进口许可证

Thomson Reuters 15日引述消息人士谈话报导，中国政府已于去年底发放黄金制品进口准许证给汇丰(HSBC)、澳盛(ANZ)银行。报导指出，这将是大陆首度发照给外资银行。汇丰、澳盛同时也是前两家获准在上海黄金交易所交易黄金期货的外资。此外，光大银行据悉已成为第10家获准进口黄金的本土银行。中国每盎司黄金报价大约较伦敦高出15美元，远高于新加坡、香港的2美元以下溢价，主因为当地实施配额制度且进口执照数量不多。扩增准许证发放数量将有助于中国压低黄金溢价。中国人民银行去年9月会同海关总署制定、调整并公布《黄金及黄金制品进出口管理目录》，开放合格法人申请中国人民银行黄金及黄金制品进出口准许证。
日本经济新闻日前报导，香港当局公布的数据显示，2013年1-10月透过香港转运至中国大陆的黄金数量达1,263公吨、年增率高达100%，高于2012年全年总额；1-10月净进口数量更是年增150%。统计显示，2013年1-10月中国自瑞士进口793公吨的黄金、年增505%！此外，2013年1-9月瑞士自英国进口的黄金数量年增13倍至1,141公吨。Kitco News去年12月16日报导，玛卡亚米(Malca-Amit Global Ltd)在去年11月于上海自贸区开设可存放2,000吨黄金、号称是中国最大的民营金库。彭博社金属矿业研究部主管Kenneth Hoffman去年曾语出惊人地指出，伦敦金库现在几乎已经空无一物，2,600万盎司的黄金已从伦敦转卖至瑞士、香港，最终流到中国人手中。
