Gundlach：美国就业市场严峻 看涨金价

拥有新「债券天王(King of Bonds)」封号的Double Line Capital执行长Jeffrey Gundlach 14日指出，美国10年期公债殖利率今年可能在3.0%触顶、预估最低将跌至2.5%。此外，他看好黄金报价今年将有机会升至1,350美元/盎司、远高于市场平均预估值(1,220美元/盎司)。他还提到，连锁餐厅Chipotle Mexican Grill股价恐将下挫30%、苹果(Apple Inc.)可能涨至600美元，比特币(Bitcoin)报价可能进一步下挫。
Gundlach 14日透过投影片资料指出，美国自有住宅比例在21世纪初触顶后、迄今仍处于下降通道。2008年底至2012年年中这段期间金价与联储局(FED)资产规模大致呈现正相关连动关系，但随后则是呈现反向连动。他还提到，如果美国维持每个月新增20万个就业机会的速度，必须等到2018年12月才能完全填补就业缺口(代表美国就业市场恐将面临失落的十年！)。此外，经通膨因素调整后的美国股市融资余额水位目前已逼近历史最高点。纽约证交所(NYSE)官网数据显示，截至2013年11月底融资余额达4,237.03亿美元、连续第5个月创历史新高，年增幅达29.6%；融资GDP占比达2.7%、创历史新高。
美联社去年9月引述美国人口普查局公布的统计数据指出，2012年美国低收入(年收入低于24,999美元)家庭占比自4年前的21.7%升至24.4%。调查显示，美国自有住宅家庭占比连续第5年呈现下滑、2012年降至63.9%。1月10日公布的美国非农业就业报告显示，2013年美国平均每个月新增就业18.2万人、较2012年全年度月度平均值(18.3万)减少0.6%！2014年1月1日当天FED资产规模报4.067兆美元、较2013年1月2日当天的2.956兆美元增加37.6%(1.111兆美元)。
