德意志银行涉嫌操纵黄金白银价格

据外媒报道，德国金融监管部门近日就黄金白银价格操纵案向德意志银行索要相关文件。据知情人士透露，德国联邦金融监管局在过去几个月中已经数次进入德意志银行开展现场调查，并且审问了一些相关工作人员。这显示了德国监管部门对贵金属市场的关注度颇高。
每日公布两次的伦敦黄金定盘价由五家银行共同商议决定，德意志银行便是其中之一，同时其也是三家参与白银定盘价制定的银行之一。在伦敦银行间同业拆借利率（Libor）操纵丑闻之后，各国监管机构都开始对市场基准指标开始了严密的的监察措施。
伦敦每日的黄金定盘价影响着价值20万亿美元黄金市场的交易。英国金融市场行为监管局（FCA）也已就可能的伦敦黄金定盘价内幕交易案展开初步调查，但是还未升级成正式调查。被调查银行包括巴克莱、德意志银行、加拿大丰业银行、汇丰、法国兴业银行。
部分市场人士认为德国联邦金融监管局受到来自社会的舆论压力很大，必须显示出自己正高度关注金融市场操纵案。
金银与Libor类似的地方是它们都由少数几家银行决定，但是不同的地方是金银定盘价应由市场成交的交易价格决定，不像Libor是一个没有太多直接根据的报价。
德国联邦金融监管局确认了自己从今年夏天起已经就金银价及汇率相关案件开展了调查，但是拒绝透露任何具体细节。德意志银行方面也拒绝对此事发表评论。
