金价下跌 全球央行黄金储备缩水

据报道，英国央行英格兰银行(Bank of England)持有的黄金价值从年初的125亿美元减少了40亿。
二元期权销售机构Banc de Binary称，作为实物黄金的最大持有者，美联储则可能是最大的输家。据Banc de Binary计算，美联储8134吨的黄金储备价值从一年前的4330亿美元跌至3270亿美元。
Banc de Binary称在布朗时期，英国曾经在1999年至2002年间出售395吨黄金，而那时正是金价最低迷的时候，这使得如今的英国央行不敢做出行动。
Banc de Binary主管Oren Laurent说：“经历了10年不间断的上涨后，自2011年金价涨至顶峰后就一直处在下跌态势中。对央行而言不幸的就是它们仍然持有大量黄金，要知道确切在什么时候出手价值几十亿美元的黄金储备是非常困难的。布朗当初的决定为他自己也为英国纳税人带来了很大损失。”
Laurent说：“对美联储可能缩减QE的预期会把金价继续拉低，这就意味着央行持有黄金的损失越来越大。在这样的状况下，一些分析师认为很难去说央行大量持有黄金这样的资产是正确的。”
2013年黄金市场价格已经跌去了大约25%，从年初1658美元/盎司的价格跌到了目前1230美元/盎司左右的价格。因此，各国央行所持有的黄金储备价值从年初的1.7万亿跌到了目前的1.28万亿美元。
