因政策限制 印度今年金饰出口减55%

《Scrap Register》报导，印度珠宝首饰促进委员会（GJEPC）11月25日公布，印度今年4-10月的上半财年金饰出口额年减55%至39.5亿美元，其中，10月的金饰出口额月减7%至6.0895亿美元，因政府此前推出的限制黄金进口等举措重创当地的珠宝行业。印度是全球最大的金饰市场，也是最大的金饰出口国，世界黄金协会（WGC）数据显示，2012年该国的金饰需求量为552公吨。
金价今年以来下跌26%跌幅惨重，可能写下自1981年以来的逾30年最大年度跌幅，主要原因包括美股创新高吸引资金、印度黄金需求受政府政策压抑、央行的黄金买盘减少以及黄金ETF（交易所交易基金）大减等。部分分析师认为，印度2009年向国际货币基金购买200吨黄金的每盎司1,045美元金价，或可以视为是这一波金价下跌的底部支撑。
花旗集团贵金属团队11月25日在报告中指出，就近期黄金价格和美国10年期国债收益率的走势关系来看，未来金价很有可能跌至1,111美元/盎司。花旗认为，未来黄金对美联储货币政策转变的反应要远比债券市场来得大，很大程度上因为黄金不能产生收益，所以美联储及全球央行货币政策转变将极大的左右金价。花旗预估，如果金价触及1,111美元/盎司，美国10年期国债收益率很可能在明年1月底触及3.25%的高位。
高盛集团（Goldman Sachs）11月25日在报告中指出，尽管全球的黄金矿商都在极力削减成本以抵消金价大跌的影响，但未来的削减空间将越来越小。高盛指出，鉴于绝大部分资产重组已经完成，未来几乎没有进一步削减的空间。高盛强调，矿商或许能在1,300美元/盎司水平维持一定的收支平衡，但金价继续下跌就会触发新一轮的资产重组，意味着矿商将关闭更多矿山以及进一步的成本削减。
