俄罗斯减持黄金 哈萨克连12个月加持

根据国际货币基金（IMF）数据，俄罗斯9月1年来首次减少黄金储备，墨西哥也连续第17个月减少持有，哈萨克斯坦则连续第12个月增加黄金储备。
彭博社28日报导，国际货币基金组织(IMF)最新公布的数据显示，今年9月哈萨克斯坦央行增持黄金2.52公吨至137.04公吨、连续第12个月加码，阿塞拜疆连续第9个月加码；土耳其连续第3个月加码、买进2.9公吨至490.3公吨；包括白俄罗斯、科威特、吉尔吉斯共和国、塞尔维亚、乌克兰也都在站在买方。俄罗斯央行9月减码0.37公吨至1,015.1公吨、1年来首度减持。墨西哥连续第17个月出脱黄金、卖出0.1公吨至123.5公吨。
世界黄金协会(WGC)预估，今年各国央行将净买进350公吨的黄金、低于去年的534.6公吨(注：1964年以来新高)。Thomson Reuters报导，土耳其是全球第11大黄金持有国，8月增持数量达23公吨。
报导指出，全球第七大黄金持有国俄罗斯连买纪录虽中断，但那可能是因为8月购买数量较多(注：13公吨、创2012年12月以来最大量)。
9月金价3个月来首次下跌，主因美国联储会意外未减少每月850亿美元购债。8月由于预期联储会将减购债而造成新兴市场股价下跌和某些货币贬值。金价今年已下跌19%，主因投资人因全球经济复苏的展望而减少持有指数股票型产品（ETP）。
摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）分析师李察逊（Peter Richardson）说：「由于购买黄金者大部分是新兴市场，但过去数月新兴市场发生了一些事情，买气减缓和使用银行资产负债作为其他用途，或直接出售应是合理的现象。当你将此与指数股票型基金（ETF）的脱手结合，整个定价方式开始变得更为合理。」
据彭博社汇编的数据，今年ETP的持有量每个月都下滑，资产随之减少29%。
盛产石油及天然气的阿塞拜疆其主权财富基金「阿塞拜疆国家石油基金(SOFAZ)」为了分散投资风险以及提升获利成绩，决定将黄金、股市、不动产的投资上限各设定在5%。自2012年2月1日起SOFAZ每周向伦敦金银市场协会(LBMA)旗下会员购买25块金条。为了降低价格波动风险，SOFAZ决定在两年内采取每周定量的方式购买金条。欧洲央行(ECB)总裁德拉吉(Mario Draghi)日前在哈佛大学肯尼迪论坛上被问到，过去10年中国、俄罗斯大幅增持黄金，德国要求美国归还黄金储备，但黄金本身不会生利息，为何这些国家会想提高黄金储备？德拉吉回答说，他从不认为卖黄金是聪明之举，因为对各国央行来说它是一项安全储备；对于非美元国家来说黄金是一张对抗美元币值波动的保单。
