道明证券：建议持有贵金属以对抗通胀

道明证券（TD Securities）最新报告建议投资者继续持有贵金属以对抗通膨，直至美联储再次释出缩减宽松政策的信号。该行表示，财政僵局把美国推到了金融混乱的边缘，刺伤了美国的经济速度，且美国主权信用评级被调降的可能性上升，这导致投资者对美元长期世界储备货币的可靠性产生质疑。
道明证券预计黄金第四季度走势对相对平稳，均价预计在1310美元/盎司。不过明年二季度黄金均价可能还是会跌至1150美元/盎司，归因于对美国债券收益率走高和美联储撤回其大部分的宽松政策的预期，持有黄金的机会成本上升，这将压过中国以及亚洲其他许多地区的强劲的实物金需求。但实物金需求的上升和全球央行的黄金持仓将在2014年下半年推动黄金价格上涨，因为届时市场开始担心通膨问题，预计2014年第四季度黄金价格将回升至1250美元/盎司。
道明证券预计铂金价格在2014年第一季度结束的时候触及1700美元/盎司，钯金价格将突破850美元/盎司。该行称，这种乐观的观点是基于对明年铂族金属的投资和工业需求将远远超过供应的预期，不过在铂族金属价格走高之前仍然受到工业领域价格下跌的困扰。该行称，许多铂族金属生产商出现现金成本方面的困难，这意味着没有更高的价格就不会有新的基本供应。
