汇丰：股优于债 对黄金维持中立看法

汇丰银行17日发表第四季投资展望，汇丰(台湾)银行个人金融暨财富管理事业处资深副总裁庄怀德指出，汇丰看好股优于债，并认为成熟市场的表现将继续胜过新兴市场，对于黄金则维持中立看法，今年底前金价区间看1,250-1,450美元/盎司；货币方面则最看好美元以及人民币。
汇丰(台湾)商业银行今日举行第四季投资展望说明会；汇丰个人金融暨财富管理事业处资深副总裁庄怀德表示，汇丰偏好股票，原因是在全球经济复苏步伐不一的情况下，股票具备上升潜力。汇丰也预期当市场消化美国、或是欧元区的财政调整政策的影响后，全球经济在今年下半年将重获动能。
他也指出，目前大部分成熟市场制造业采购经理人指数均有改善，这意味着成熟市场将有更高的成长，且政府的紧缩正逐渐和缓，汇丰预期2014年成熟市场受财政问题拖累的情况会较少；而除了中国之外的新兴市场，则面临经常帐赤字、以及QE将退场冲击等挑战，因此汇丰看好成熟市场的表现将继续胜过新兴市场，但仍看好有基本面支撑的中国。
金价方面，庄怀德指出，黄金将呈区间震荡，原因包括美国政府关门且债务协商进行模式未有具体共识，而金价未受此影响出现上涨；以及美元出现大幅贬值的机率下降，而且公债殖利率上升，使持有黄金的机会成本增加；且金属研究机构GFMS指出，全球央行买进黄金向来是支撑金价重要力量之一，但美国可能缩减量化宽松、资金出走，使各国央行减少购买黄金，GFMS预估今年全球央行买金量将减少34%；加上黄金投资需求疲弱，ETF持有黄金数量大幅下降，且市场预期美国联准会可能于年底缩减购债规模，使金价的表现受到压抑；另外，印度与中国的零售需求也因经济疲软而下降。
庄怀德表示，汇丰对于黄金继续采取中立看法，预期金价到年底前将在1250~1450美元/盎司的区间中波动。
而在货币方面，庄怀德指出，预期美国经济可望持续稳健复苏，市场也普遍预期美国缩减购债规模后，美元将持续走强。而中国经济趋稳与人民币的国际化进程持续进行，有利人民币未来走升。
庄怀德建议，投资人可提高资产配置像是美元、人民币这两个强势货币的比重，美元加人民币占资产配置的比重可拉高至七成，澳币比重则建议降至四分之一或五分之一。
