印度黄金供应短缺 黄金溢价100美元

路透社报导，贸易商周二（10月15日）称，印度黄金较伦敦黄金的溢价触及纪录新高的每盎司100美元或约8%，因节庆季节前供应短缺。印度的黄金贸易商和银行等目前须按照政府七月份宣布的80/20规则进口黄金，该新规要求印度进口商必须将20%的黄金用于再出口。按照这一规则，印度的首饰出口商较国内的黄金加工商能优先获得黄金供应。
印度宝石和首饰联合会的主席Bachhraj Bamalwa表示，目前国内市场难觅黄金供应，但受节庆季节影响，需求已经小幅增加。自印度政府宣布所谓的80/20政策后，印度的黄金进口几近枯竭；在印度政府明确政策细节之后，印度的银行业者又开始处理新订单，但印度黄金进口量依然稀少。
印度的节庆季已经开始，在排灯节期间，通常印度的黄金需求会达到顶峰，因印度民众认为在此期间购买黄金是吉利的，而印度的传统的婚庆季节将持续至12月。世界黄金协会此前表示，预计印度第四季的黄金进口量将增加15%至300吨。
贵金属咨询公司GFMS表示，造成印度黄金溢价高企的原因是官方没有供给配额，而印度民众在目前价格又不愿意出售黄金。世界黄金协会珠宝部门主管Vipin Sharma则称，印度政府对黄金的限制措施，迫使印度民众选择非法渠道购买黄金，并呼吁印度政府必须找到兼顾经济和国内需求的两全之策。
