美国经济数据优于预期 黄金期货受挫

美国劳工部周四公布上周初领失业救济金人数虽较前周小增1,000人，但优于市场预期，且4周平均请领人数不增反减，并创逾6年新低，另一份调查结果显示美国企业9月计划裁员总数较8月锐减2成，两项数据都指向就业市场维持复苏格局。受数据优于预期影响，黄金价格昨日收报下跌，但相比美元疲弱走势，黄金走势相对较好。
根据劳工部的资料，上周初领失业救济金人数经季调后为30.8万，较前周经修正后的30.7万（原估30.5万）微增1,000人，仍在近6年的低点。
上周初领失业救济金人数优于市场预期，经济学家预估的总人数约在31.4万。更能看出长期趋势的初领失业救济金4周移动平均值则减少3,750人至30.5万，创2007年5月以来新低。
截至9月21日止的当周，持续请领失业救济金的总人数则跳升10.4万，来到293万，数据大增主因为加州计算机系统转换后消化之前累积申请文件所致。
TD证券美国利率研究部门主管穆雷尼（Millan Mulraine）表示：「从裁员面评估就业市场情势的数据特别令人鼓舞，企业似乎对于目前的员工人数感到满意，因此没有大幅裁员的情况。」
本周二起因政府关门导致80万联邦政府公务员放无薪假，放无薪假的联邦公务员不会纳入失业救济金的统计，但政府工程包商与其他民间业者受政府关门导致裁员的状况则会在下周的报告中呈现。
此外，根据人力资源顾问业者Challenger, Gray & Christmas同日公布的另一份报告，美国企业9月计划裁员的总数达40,289人，较8月份锐减2成，为3个月最低。医疗保健与金融业裁员人数最多，分达8,128与6,932人。
不过，若与去年同期相较，9月份计划裁员总数则大增19％，为连续4个月增加。总计，今年第3季企业计划裁员人数高达128,452人，较去年同期激增25％，较今年第二季也增加13％。
今日晚间没有非农数据，近期行情没有重磅消息那么市场上的热钱将会流入其他投资品种。美国马萨诸塞州在当地时间本周四对外表示，该州已经向花旗集团的研发部门施加了3000万美元的罚金，这主要是因为该州指控花旗集团的一位银行分析师将那些非公开的信息透露给大型的对冲基金和机构投资者。
