巴基斯坦解除黄金进口禁令 并推新规

巴基斯坦政府解除了实施一个月的黄金进口禁令，并推出新的进口规范，不过新规并不涉及以往。新规将金饰加工再出口的最低加值要求由原先的4-9%提高至8-9%，金饰加工再出口的时间则由180天缩减至120天。
巴基斯坦自2001年起即可以免税进口黄金，希望藉此提高金饰加工的出口。巴基斯坦经济统筹委员会此前指出，该国免税进口黄金的鼓励政策已经遭到滥用，有许多黄金进口并非源于国内的实际需求，而是被走私到印度。巴基斯坦政府也因此在7月31日宣布暂停进口黄金交易一个月的时间。
巴基斯坦统计局9月5日公布的数据显示，7月份的黄金进口量为3,249公斤，此较前月增加226.29%，与去年同期的199公斤相比更大增15倍，黄金进口额为1.35亿美元。截至6月底止的2012/13财年，巴基斯坦的黄金进口量较上年度的3,267公斤倍增至6,745公斤，黄金进口额达到3.46亿美元。
