高盛：预计联储局不会因此放弃退市

高盛（Goldman Sachs）首席经济学家 Jan Hatzius 表示，美国上周公布的非农就业数据不佳，虽然预计联储局（Fed）不会因此放弃退出宽松，但动作可望「温和」许多。
美国 8 月份非农就业新增仅 16.9 万人，低于市场预期的 18 万人，显示企业对于扩大招募仍持谨慎态度。上月失业率则降至 2008 年 12 月来新低 7.3%。
Hatzius 周日（8日）接受《CNBC》采访时指出，整体而言，景气正以还不错的步调复苏，经济开始有起色了，我们依然认为2014 年绝对会比 2013 年强劲许多。他提醒，虽然非农就业表现不佳，但 ISM 与信心指数等近期公布的数据，均显示市场朝着正向发展。
Hatzius 同时估计，联储局下次决策会议将宣布缩减购债，但会非常努力让它成为鸽派退场。
举例来说，他估计每月缩减规模约200 亿美元或更少，同时为升息提出更严苛的就业数字、劳动参与率或通膨门坎要求等。
Hatzius 说，例如必须等到失业率降至 6.5% 之下，才能开始升息等。
