印度卢比再度重贬 官员建议黄金套现

犹如自由落体般下坠的印度卢比今(28)日再度重贬、盘中贬幅一度接近4%，恐怕会创下20年来最大单日贬势，使该国面临自1991年以来最大危机！嘉实XQ全球赢家系统报价显示，美元兑印度卢比28日盘中最高一度跳升3.8%至68.728，为有史以来首度突破68大关。印度股市(SENSEX指数)28日也持续下挫，开盘迄今最低一度下挫2.89%至17,448.71点，创2012年9月6日以来盘中新低。彭博社报价则显示，印度卢比相对于美元28日盘中一度重贬3.9%至68.755，为1993年以来最大单日贬幅。此外，印度卢比相对于美元今年以来贬值了19.5%，可能创1991年以来最大贬幅。印度在1991年曾因外汇存底缩水、被迫空运黄金担保品以换取国际货币基金组织(IMF)的贷款援助。
印度公债殖利率则跳升。彭博社引述印度央行交易系统数据报导，印度10年期公债殖利率昨日暴涨52个基点后，今日再度大涨10个基点至8.96%。
印度报业托拉斯(PTI)28日报导，印度商工部部长Anand Sharma27日在会议上建议，该国若将500公吨的储备黄金以目前的市值套现，即可压抑日益扩大的经常帐赤字。不过，他说，这个决定已超出他的权力范围。PTI报导，若以目前的市值来算，500公吨的黄金价值约为250亿美元。印度财政部长Palaniappan Chidambaram昨日列出了10项执政重点，目标在缩减该国的经常帐赤字并让经济恢复成长。他坦承，印度的预算、经常帐赤字是卢比重贬的主要原因。Chidambaram并承诺，政府已开始着手降低经常帐赤字，希望能在本年度(截至2014年3月为止)将经常帐赤字压缩到700亿美元，对国内生产毛额(GDP)的占比为3.7%。印度的经常帐赤字在上年度达到882亿美元，占GDP的比重为4.8%。
